1. Payment Terms & Non-Refundable Charges

• No Return: No refund is process once the court is book.
• Time Slot Duration: Each booked time slot is 30 minutes in duration.
• Non-Refundable Amounts: Once processed—whether via cheque, net banking, or any online payment method—payments are non-refundable. This includes fees for both standard bookings and any extensions purchased.
• Credit for Future Use: While cash refunds will not be issued, any payment made may be adjusted as a credit toward future bookings, subject to FBRC’s policies.

2. Cancellation Policy

• User-Initiated Cancellations:
  
  • If you cancel a booking after making an advance payment, the booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be refunded in cash.
• FBRC-Initiated Cancellations:
  
  • FBRC reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion. In instances where FBRC cancels a booking due to operational or unforeseen circumstances, a credit adjustment may be provided for future use, but no cash refunds will be issued.
• Duplicate or Erroneous Bookings:
  
  • In cases of a confirmed duplicate or technical error on FBRC’s part, any necessary adjustments (refund or credit) will be made at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. Credit Adjustments

• Usage of Credits:
  
  • Any credit issued as a result of cancellation or operational changes can only be applied toward future bookings.
• Validity:
  
  • Credits are subject to the validity terms of your membership or as otherwise specified by FBRC.

4. Exceptions & Case-by-Case Review

• Additional Refund Requests:
  
  • Refund requests outside of the conditions outlined in this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any decision regarding an exception will be at the sole discretion of FBRC.
• Technical Errors:
  
  • In the event of a material error or technical issue leading to an incorrect charge, FBRC may, at its discretion, offer a refund or adjust the amount as a credit.
